Pampering Suggestions
The following are suggestions for pampering yourself or treating friends and family to a rejuvenating experience!


Shopped 'Til You Dropped Foot Rejuventator

Just in time for the holiday shopping season!

What you'll need:

A large bucket big enough to soak your feet in
A towel
Thick, comfy,  socks

Make sure you have plenty of time to relax. I usually do this while I'm watching TV or listening to music. Fill the bucket with hot (not too hot) water and 3 Tbs. of the Now & Zen Peppermint, Rosemary & Tea Tree foot soak. Make sure you have the towel, socks, foot scrub and foot balm near you. Sit down and put your feet in the water and soak for at least 20 minutes...the longer the better! The peppermint & rosemary will rejuvenate those tired tootsies while the tea tree removes odor causing bacteria. Next scoop out 1 Tbs. of the scrub and rub all over your feet. Take your time with this, it feels great! Rinse in the tub of water and do the next foot.  Pat your feet dry, but not too dry! You'll want some moisture left to seal in with the balm! Now, massage the foot balm into your feet. Take the time to really massage it into your feet taking special care on those rough spots. Put on the socks and enjoy your fresh feet! You'll be ready to hit the stores again!

No Date or No Kids Saturday Night

What You'll Need:

Now & Zen Bath Salts of your choice
Now & Zen Soaps of your choice
Now & Zen Salt Scrub of your choice
Now & Zen Lotion of your choice

First off atmosphere is EVERYTHING! Light a few candles, put on your favorite tunes or grab a favorite book! Fill your bathtub with hot water  and add 3 Tbs. of bath salts. While the tub is filling, apply the facial. Soak in the tub for at least 20 minutes. Wash with your soap. Next, scoops out 1 Tbs. Salt Scrub and rub gently all over your body. Rinse.
** NOTE: Don't use the salt scrub on freshly shaved skin...it stings!!!**
Pat your skin dry and rinse the facial off. Apply lotion all over your body and then apply body butter or lotion balm to rough areas like the knees, elbows and feet.


Cold & Flu Relief

Unfortunately, cold & flu season is upon us. Here is something we do at our house to ease congestion and other symptoms. It really helps!

What you'll need:

Peppermint or honey lemon tea
Now & Zen Lotion of your choice

Fill the bathtub with hot water and put 3-4 Tbs. Foot Soak in the water. While the tub is filling make your tea. Get in and soak breathing in the vapors while you sip your tea! Wash with the soap and relax. Pat yourself dry and apply the lotion all over your body. We recommend putting on fresh jammies preferrably all cotton. Now, don't you feel better already? Up for some chicken soup?
